KBR, Inc. (NYSE: KBR) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies, Inc. (SGT) a leading provider of technology solutions, engineering services, mission operations, scientific and IT software solutions in the Government Services market.

This strategic acquisition represents a significant step forward in KBR's strategy to expand its high-tech professional services across the Government Services sector. The addition of SGT solidifies KBRwyle's position as an established leader in space exploration and opens up significant new opportunities in both commercial and military space.

"This is a very deliberate move to enact our long term strategy within the Government Services market, NASA and the broader space industry," Bradie continued. "We are building a long lasting space franchise with a major presence in the three key segments of today's industry - civil, military and commercial."
