KBR Announces Settlement with SEC Regarding 2013 Restatement

HOUSTON Ð (July 2, 2018) Ð KBR, Inc. (NYSE: KBR) announced today that it has reached a settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding the previously announced restatement of the company's 2013 Consolidated Financial Statements arising out of cost estimates in our former KBR Canada business in Edmonton, Alberta.ÊKBR made the following statement:
