The Team Behind the Mission
KBR has the privilege of supporting the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program for the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), serving more than 500 operators around the world within the U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF).
The POTFF mission addresses the unique needs of SOF and their families using a holistic approach to build resilience and improve overall well-being. In order to be mission-ready at all times, KBR ensures SOF personnel have access to care from a full spectrum of human performance professionals. KBR trainers aim to increase operators’ physical, psychological, cognitive, social, as well as spiritual capacity throughout their careers.
KBR’s custom-tailored programs meet each individual operator where they are today to prepare them for tomorrow. As threats and environments evolve, our main goal is to keep performers at the top of their game and stabilized. Services include performance-based strength and conditioning programs in addition to rehabilitation using the latest technological advancements to accelerate the warfighter's return to duty. Psychological, social, and spiritual wellness programs are also available through individual, group and family counseling options.
